Nikki spent more than 10 years in administrative and client support roles within the construction industry, handling client administration and servicing. After being made redundant, she transitioned into the financial services profession, driven by her interest in the field and desire to gain new experience.

Her expertise lies in communication, attention to detail, and delivering excellent customer service.

When Nikki isn’t working

In her free time, Nikki enjoys travelling, going to the cinema, and playing pool. Most Saturdays, you can find her on the sidelines of a football pitch, cheering on her son’s team.
